Expected Shipping Times
We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00pm Eastern Time will generally leave our warehouse within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST or on a Weekend or holiday will generally leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.
At this time we are only able to ship by USPS or UPS. If you have a special requirement please use our contact-us form and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Tracking Your Shipment After you successfully place your order and have received an
e-mail confirmation of shipment, you can track its status on our
website by using the order number provided on your order confirmation
email or via the shipper websites below: Please note that your item must ship before you can track it. Your
package may not be visible within the shipper's tracking system until

If your shipment was damaged in transit, we will gladly send you a replacement. In the unlikely event that an exact replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product with similar features. If you do not want the alternative product, we will gladly give you a refund for your original purchase when we receive the return of your original product.
